  1. Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product : If you find any defect (damaged, defective, or wrong product) after opening the box, inform our Customer Support Team as soon as possible (within 3 days of receiving the product). Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.
  2. Electronics Items : For electronics, you have a 15-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery for any defective or non-functioning item.
  3. Original Packaging : The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the Zukime box, intact product packaging, and the original invoice.
  4. Unused Condition : The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Eligible Items :

  1. Used, swatched, or trial products.
  2. Liquid, semi-liquid, or clearance sale items.
  3. Products where the seal is broken or the product does not suit you.
  4. Lingerie bottoms (panty) are absolutely non-returnable and non-exchangeable
